Overview:

These belts are commercial-grade "professional" belts with double natural latex tubes that are more than three times longer.
Colored coatings represent different levels of resistance.
The feet are made of nylon and Velcro.
Each foot strap has a neoprene pad for comfort, so the boot belt can be used barefoot or wearing sneakers.
No height or weight restrictions.
If you are comfortable enough to practice, you should be able to use it.

The resistance value of each color is different, yellow 15lb, red 20lb, blue 25lb, green 30lb, black 35lb
